MULLAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD. is an independent Civil Engineering Consultancy based in the Causeway Coast & Glens area of Northern Ireland. 
Director Siobhán Mullan has twenty plus years plus years' experience in the Civil Engineering Consultancy having worked with medium to large size multi-disciplinary teams within Ireland and the UK before establishing MULLAN CONSULTING ENGINEERS LTD.  A Chartered Civil Engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers and a Chartered member of Engineers Ireland, a BREEAM Infrastructure Assessor, with a MSc in Renewable Energy and Energy Management and a recent Post Graduate Certificate qualification in Mindfulness for Wellbeing, Siobhán brings her years of experience to all projects within the Consultancy.  Training for Workplace based wellbeing can now be provided in addition to the Civil Engineering Consultancy design services.
