If you are looking for a way to improve your wellbeing and productivity at work, or for those within your organization, and want to learn how to cope with day-to-day stress in a healthy and effective way - then my eight-week Working with Wellbeing Mindfulness for the Workplace course may be of interest to you. This course is designed to help you develop mindfulness skills that can enhance your mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as your performance and satisfaction at work. You will learn how to cultivate awareness, compassion, resilience, and balance in your daily life, and how to apply mindfulness to various work-related challenges and opportunities. As a postgraduate qualified Mindfulness Teacher, having recently completed my studies at University College Cork and a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland, I will guide you through a variety of mindfulness-based interventions. You will also receive feedback, support, and resources to help you integrate mindfulness into your work and personal life. The course is suitable for those who wants to improve their wellbeing and work performance, regardless of their background or experience with mindfulness. The course runs for eight weeks, with one 60-minute session per week. The sessions may be held online via Teams or in person within the host organization, so you can arrange to attend at a time that suits you.
